Perpetual Spinach
A useful vegetable with a fine flavour when cut young and steamed. Good on dry soils where spinach tends to run to seed. Later sowings will provide fresh greens through the winter months.
Rainbow Chard
White, red, pink and yellow stems and savoyed green leaves. Makes an interesting addition to salads as a baby leaf or can be left to mature for cooking.
